I know very little about this old S&W. I was told that it was carried by a sheriff in Lincoln County, AR, in the early 1900’s, but no way to prove that. Left side of the barrel says, “32 Winchester CTG.” The right side has patent dates beginning with “April 19, 80,” and ending with “Dec 17, 01.” It is a 5 screw, with a strain screw, and a 4” barrel. Ser # is 206XX. Any information about this old S&W would be appreciated!

You’re lucky to have a 32-20 in the serial number range. I’ve been looking got one for quite sometime now. Hopefully I’ll find a 32-20 target in that range. But there are probably than 100 targets available in that range.
