it's been cold and snowing here since Christmas,either flurries or down right snow showers and the temp hasn't been above 20 degrees since Late November.My wife and i are wanting to move back to lower Alabama again.I don't care about the cold so much i just can't stand the snow and driving in it.

Cold sucks.

It's 10:27 and it has warmed up to 29 degrees for cryin' out loud. I know I'll get some chuckles from you guys up north but down here that's COLD!!! My pipes are frozen (thank gawd I was able to get that one flush from the toilet) I can't make coffee or grits can't take a shower can't do nuttin 'cept sit here in fromt of the 'puter and bitch & moan-thank goodness the wife and daughters are out of town.

i think if your pipes are freezing, you should leave a couple of faucets open.

It was 20 degrees when I left my apartment here in Central NJ at 1000.
No wind and the sun was out so it wasn't too bad.

It's +37 in Valdez, Alaska. I'm glad I don't live in the lower 48 where it gets cold.

Here in Thorne Bay it's +46 & raining lightly (I hate dark rain). Low of 44 forcast for tonight & high tomorrow of +50.

We have a two season climate here, warm rain in the summer & cold rain in the winter!

My favorite time of year in Maine is the Winter...

Last year we received a total of 11.5 Feet of Snow to go with the cold..

No complaints here. Lowest I've recorded at my house over the past two weeks was -2. Right now we're heading into a warm up for a few days.. they're talking about 35. Currently 21 and calm so it feels warm.
