For a j-frame, the simple clip works great....I like it offset to reduce bulk.

I carry IWB almost exclusively for CCW is public spaces. Often, a tucked shirt is necessary and the Kholster is the most comfortable IWB holster I have found for this application. Plus, the Kholster is affordable. It isn't pretty, but highly functional and conceals VERY well. I personally like the 4 - 4:30ish position.

As others mentioned: increase waistband of the pants by a size or two and get a good, sturdy belt for maximum comfort.
