J-Frame model 36, 2 in. barrel, serial no. 72J742

When was this J-Frame manufactured? This is the first revolver that I have owned - Serial no. 72J742It has a pinned barrel and a firing pin on the hammer. It has the inscription "MADE IN U.S.A. MARCUS REGISTRADAS SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MASS" on the right side of the frame. Thanks!
