J Frame Photos, Let's See Yours

I like them a lot. A bit bulky but very functional. The work very similar to the Safariland Comp III for the K frames but load and retain the cartridges differently (better in my opinion). They are a bit hard to find. I got mine from Bobby Mac.

Could you tell us what S&W charged for a refinish in black?
Is this the same coating found on the 340 M&P?

If you can, ask for Larry at the performance center - very helpful. First question was if they could do it as they won't touch the 442 / 642 for refinishing - he said they'd do the 342 no problem. In my letter accompanying the 342 I asked for the same finish as the 342PD - iirc during my phonecon with Larry he said it was the same. I don't really worry about it. Sent it in late Aug and the invoice was dated mid Sep, so turnaround was not more than 2-3 weeks.
