J Frame Photos, Let's See Yours

My nod to 'Tyrod' and the wee 'Aussie'.

My wife's little model 60 in action and our little Aussie Pepper in her own form of action.

My 642 no-lock, which I just had refinished in NP3 Plus. Apex Duty/Carry kit and LG-405s. Really happy with how it came out.
That looks pretty good! I didn't know if they could NP3 alloy guns. I notice, too, that it appears you have a forged trigger in that gun...did you fit that yourself? To a forged hammer? An MIM hammer? I'm interested in the details.

Thanks for sharing,

I like he /\ had no idea that the alloy S&Ws could be refinished. I just e-mailed Robar asking if they could NP3+ my Scandium 340? That would be awesome.

Edit:
Got a reply from Robar, they can refinish Scandium. It's a $70 charge to strip the current finish. It's $395 for the NP3+ finish! Ouch.

Modern & Classic

Here's my wife's Model 60-7 with my MP340. I found the M60-7 at a local pawn shop for $250 a few years ago and knew I had to get it for my wife because she had one many years ago and always wanted another.

Pepper....nah.....born and raised in Michigan...don't even know it's ped...he was a gift...best dang dog one could ever hope for, don't we all think that way??

I picked-up this nearly unfired 60-7 a couple of weeks back. Replaced the ugly stock rubber grips with wood and my only T-Grip.

Traded in a 642-1 with the 1 7/8ths tube that I couldn't shoot worth a **** for some reason for this 642-2 with the 2 1/2 inch tube.
This one actually hits POA with most loads and the pinned black ramp front sight is much easier to see.
