Let us know when your museum opens. My family and I would surely make the pilgrimage up there to see it. I always enjoy your posts.

Fixed the picture for you. Everything was black and white back then. Color didn't enter the world until about the 1960's; although a bit grainy. :D
 
A little earlier than that; I have some 16mm movies, shot on Kodachrome (I think it was ASA 2 then), from 1938, and I've seen color pix of French soldiers in 'bleu d'horizon' from early WW I.
