Jerry Miculek sights

I have been watching him in some of his competitions and can usually identify the guns he uses but cannot seem to get a fix on what type of sight he is using. I am not particularily familiar with red dot/holographic sights, but as my eyes continue to age I thought it might be worth a try and I can't think of anybody better to copy than jerry Miculek.

The cmore brand is dominant in USPSA OPEN and optic sights are illegal in all other divisions.
Optic sights and comps are illegal in IDPA, period.

USPSA OPEN division is a brutal competitive division dominated by $2K to 3K race guns.
