One on top is from 1980, and one on bottom from 1948. I think I'm starting to like grips (stocks) better than guns...

Very nice grips!! Oh and the guns are nice too :) How's that Long Tom shoot? Been thinking I could just about fit one in the safe as long as I turned it catywompass LOL. I've been wanting one but have always wandered how they balanced after a bulk box of shooting.

All you need now is a 4 inch and you'd have a trifecta. Those grips look like they fill the hand well without being bulky. Might have to watch E-bay for a set or two. It's always nice to see K-22's thanks for the pictures.

The 8 3/8" is a 17-4 shipped in Apr '80. I spied it at a gunshow a year or so ago and actually got it for a pretty fair price. I shoot it quite a bit and it is far more accurate than I am. I can shoot it better than the 6" by far. I also have a 48-4, 22WMR 8 3/8 that was shipped in Jan '80. It does not have as smooth an action as the 22LR. I believe that it hasn't been shot as much as the other one. Anyways, I kinda like the longtoms.

I usually like the older non-relieved target grips on my K frames, but these grips are just outstanding. The guns aren't bad, either...
