Just bought a S&W Model 637 Talo Edition and...

The grips, want to replace them...

But is this gun, the Model 637 similar to other J Frames? Like the 642/442 or 638 grip wise?

Will after market grips for a 642 fit this gun?

JSandi: I've discovered that, on newer production guns, the pin at the bottom of the grip frame is a 'smidge' wider than that on older guns. When installing an older manufacture wood grip, I have had to slightly widen the corresponding hole in the grip to properly fit the gun. Hope this helps.
