Please remember that it was Chuckie Shumer who a mere 35 or 40 years ago said that anyone who owned 12 or more guns had an "arsenal", like that was a bad thing.

This Model41 was purchased by a friend of mine in Mexico City in 1962. The reason I post it here is to show how in 1961 firearms were relatively easy to buy in Mexico and there were several private gun stores.
After 1968's civil unrest, student massacres, and other issues, new laws were worked on to bring "reasonable" gun control to Mexico. They were enacted in 1971 and they were so reasonable that firearms became nearly impossible to purchase. Thank god because Mexico is now a veritable utopia of peace.
The camel's nose is not reasonable.

Name a gun law passed by both houses and signed by president that you feel in long run been helpful to society . I’m only asking for 1 .
