Every so often the cylinder on my K-22 hangs up during release, and it takes a little more than normal pressure to open the cylinder. The release button seems ok, could there be a small burr on the cylinder plunger that seats when closed.(although I don't see or feel any burr). When I manually push that plunger in it seems smooth and fully receeds. I hope I explained this properly.

You might try posting this in the gunsmithing forum. Those guys that hang out there might be able to help. You might check to see if the extractor has not loosened up and come unthreaded a little. I am not sure but it might be right hand threads.

Hey thanks, I should have read around more first. I just went there and believe I found my answer. I'm new to forums ..thanks again.
