I probably already know the answer to this, but...... Today I seen a K 22 4 screw model 17 no dash for sale. Serial # 3266xx which shows a date of 1958. There's a little bit of bluing wear at the muzzle, very little. Diamond Magna grips. Tomorrow I am going to take a closer look at it and try to see if I can take the grips off to see if everything's right, ie no return stamping's etc. They are asking $450.00. I already have a 1957 and a post war 1947. These K22's are just so addicting I can't help myself.

If you don't want it,shoot me the info! At that price, and in that condition,I wouldn't care if the grips number or not.

You should already be posting pictures of your new K22.
I'd think that the buyer doesn't own a computer because it's atleast $150-200 under priced.
Don't lollygag because someone will buy it from under your nose.

Buy it before someone else does. I almost missed out on this one because others were looking. No regrets. If it is in 90 to 95 percent condition, you should buy for that price. Good Luck.

Took a closer look at it today. Diamond grips don't match serial #. no biggy really but the barrel/ cyl gap in almost non existant. I hae never seen one so tight. Also the part the extractor star is attached to has some rough markson it. I really like it but there's just that voice in the back of my head saying pass. Or am I being overly cautious?

A clean 1958 shooter for $450?
Please...stop teasing us and go get it before those yucky hoarders do.

The few things that worried you about it can be improved with little effort, it seems to me.

So it has been over 24 hours since your original post. Will you go back and get it?
