K38 Combat help

Thanks for all the help! I am trying to retain the info. So I have a cool gun but not that rare. Sure looks good, I am going to put it in a safe. Thanks again.

I will go to the link and research. In the same purchase I got a 99% 15-4 4", 2 99% 19-4 4", a 27-2 6" 90%, a K 22 6 " 85% and the K38. Thanks for all your assistance. God Bless!

Sounds like a very nice haul,
1953 CM's while not "Rare" do not grow on trees especialy in high condition with non relieved target stocks .

so the Blade sight was on the 6" and the Ramp is what I have? I thought the Ramp is a lower profile. Here is a K22 I got out of the same collection. I call this sight a Partridge. Is that what you call it? Thanks for all the help. I am trying to get up to speed on some of the pre 70's revolvers.

It is called the Bachmann Quick Draw front sight. Standard on all Combat Masterpiece 4 Inch

Are Bachmann and Baughman two different front sights , or are these variations in spelling?`

I got very early to plow snow , and I am therefore easily confused.

Used that firearm for 11 years on the job. 2 inch variations also for special projects.
