Karma - Barton Mystery Holster Round 3!! Winner is mtgianni!

The mystery continues. I've worn the holster all day with a J-frame, and it's just too loose to be right. It is closer than anything else I tried, including what I wanted to put in there.

So Round 3 begins!

The rules - only enter if you try something besides the list of guns mentioned below. If it fits properly - you're the lucky one! If not, you gotta pass it on to another candidate. You gotta post a nice artsy pic of the holster and gun to show all of us who couldn't make it work jealous.

This is way too nice of a holster to sit unused, and I wouldn't feel good sticking a j-frame in it as an actual carry rig. SAFireman, the original owner of this karma, passed it around at a SWCA meeting and the consensus was that it wasn't a S&W revolver, probably a Colt. Onomea's Colt and my Colts didn't work. Neither did my autos I tried.

I'll pick a winner at random on Wednesday night of next week. Let's find this thing a proper home.

Maybe a Charter Arms, Taurus or an old snub Iver Johnson or other cheaper revolver. Lots of possibilities.
