Well i have a problem with my gun, i keep losing it to fellow shooters at the range. Everyone wants to try it and after that they love it.

The 15-22 isnt a gun that you see a lot, needless to say it's a big hit :D
A fellow shooter is going to pick up one so then i hope i have my gun all to myself again :p

Understand

Took my parents shooting and that was all she wrote once it came out of the bag. Thoses zombies didn't stand a chance for the next half hour 300+ rounds. At least they swept up all the brass and paid for the targets/ammo.

ya i kno the feeling... i was at my friends land, and he had all of his family so i brought a couple of my rifles ( a m44 Mosin, sks, and of course my 15-22). Well i had a little over 2000 rnds for the 15-22 and around 500 of the others. well i had to drive over an hour to get another 2000 rnds cuz everyone couldnt but the thing down. but atleast you kno you have the coolest rifle at the range/family outting.

I teach the firearms instructor course for my department. I bring my 15-22 out on the day I cover patrol rifle to discuss it as a training tool. Once we are on the range it gets more trigger time time then any of the other rifles and or sub-machine guns on the range. I had the SIG factory reps out a few classes ago and they couldn't put t down. They were impressed with how well it worked. They both agreed they were going to buy one but said they weren't going to tell their bosses. :)

Of all the rounds that went through my 15-22, for about 5% I didn't pull the trigger.

I have friends that call me up saying :' hey, if you go to the range tonight, bring the 15-22, I want to shoot it again"

By now on the range I visit, 6 other shooters have a 15-22, and a few others are seriously contemplating buying one.

that 15-22 is a definite hit (pun intended ;) )

I was at a family reunion over the 4th of July weekend. It was held out in the sticks of northeastern Montana. There was a group of us with .22 and .17 rifles plinking (and doing some gopher hunting).

I went thru over 400 rounds. The other 8 rifles used about 100 rounds cumulatively. I didn't get to shoot mine very often.....

I expect there will be a few more 15-22s purchased.

I guess I'm "lucky". My cousin would shoot it with me but he doesn't seem interested in going out shooting anymore so I go by myself a lot. No one asks to try it out at the range either..Maybe it's me? :( :D

I seen someone at the local range with one that had been modded. Pretty sweet looking with silencer and aim point. Wish I could have shot it but didn't even think to ask.

If I see someone at the range with a 15-22 I leave mine in the bag and say, "Hey thats a pretty cool 22..mind if I try it?" :D
