Keeping Boston Safe

Well, I for one am glad that Bostons crime problems are now a thing of the past now that they rolled up the drug king pin!

Someone could have blown their hand off with that Iver Johnson

That would have made the papers here to, but so does a barking dog report.

Now that Whitey Bulger is gone from Boston (and RIP here in WV), the level of criminality in Bean Town has dropped off considerably!!

Golly...a "loaded .32 cal Iver Johnson revolver"...

I hope that this serves as a stern warning to those who would flaunt the law!!

Best Regards, Les

Not joking here. That will probably go federal, and worth about seven or eight years in BOP. Five years mandatory on the gun charge (924(c)) for those interested, the drug time consecutive, and using body armor increasing the sentencing range. That's not a probation case . . .

Exactly...which is why he should have at least gotten busted with a REAL gun...not some niche collectible pocket pistol manufactured while his great grandpa was still in diapers.:D

Seem to recall reading or hearing (I'm not a criminal lawyer)...........Historically one of the first charges that gets pled down/dropped in exchange for a guilty plea are the gun charge(s).
