Lawn Mowed.

I live on a little 23 acre farm. I mow a little over five acres and bush hog a little more than that with my Kuboto. The rest I leave in woods for the critters. Until 2016 I had been using a lawn tractor to mow the grass. I bought a Gravely zero turn 52" cut with a 23 HP Kawasaki engine. It cut my mowing time almost in half. I'll never use another lawn tractor, only a zero turn. The mowing experience has been fine for the last nine years until Friday. One of the belt pulleys fell through a rusted mower deck. The deck is not repairable and the cost to replace it is going to be somewhere between $2,000 and $3,000. I'm having a new 60" Hustler delivered tomorrow. I'm taking the old deck off the Gravely and will use it to haul tools to work on stuff around here.
