Looking for experience/input on a pocket holster for a Model 60 no dash. I'm gonna get one but have no idea what to buy. The DeSantis Nemesis looks promising....anybody using one?

The FPP-K by Bulman Gunleather is worth considering.
Full shooting grip and about as thin as a revolver holster can be.

Too many holsters are cut too high and do not allow a full shooting handgrip until you get the gun out of the holster. That is not good.

After trying multiple times to find a great holster, I got this: Don Hume 001 Front Pocket Holster. Got it from Amazon for $36 and it is super high quality leather. It works great, and still looks new after about 3 years of use.

I use a Hanks Gun Leather S&W J Frame IWB Tuckable Holster that I stick in the front pocket of my jeans with it clipped on the outside edge of the pocket and cover with an untucked shirt, sweatshirt, or a hoodie. YMMV

sticky holster

Model 940-this is a 9mm J frame. Grips are Culina Gaboon Ebony.
Gun rides comfortably in pants pocket. It does not shift or slide out and the holster is inexpensive.

Simplyrugged for leather and aholster for kydyx. These work well for me. I've tried Mika and sticky but they are bulge too much for my taste. Kramer is supposed to be the Cadillac.

Certainly a lot of good options.

I use one of Andrew’s that I purchased direct from him at a local gun show…. Maybe 20 years ago.
(Andrews Leather in Florida)

Still use it every day. Sometimes switch to a DeSantis if I’m wearing something with large flat bottom pockets.

SoftArmor #3. It’s cheap, a “sticky” type holster, works great, and works IWB too.

Edit: should note I have a couple Nemesises for other guns - they are ok but really prefer other solutions.

Hands down my fav....

Galco horsehide. Rough side out, smooth side in.

EDIT...Midway has a sale going on I see.

Got a link for that? I didn't see it on their site?

lots of good info here....thanks or all the responses. Not looking for a thick or padded one more interested in just keeping the gun properly oriented in the front pocket. The Simply Rugged leather holster might get the nod. The Kramer is a great holster I'm sure but is pricey. Decisions decisions.....

Wright Leather in Ohio makes a good holster. A little cheaper and no wait, but still leather, Don Hume.

If you are carrying a revolver in your pocket during the summer then you might want to think about sweat getting on your gun.

I live where the humidity and temperature race to 90 most every summer day. If you are getting in and out of cars and air conditioned buildings then sweat is much less of a problem. If you are working outdoors then it can be a real nuisance.

A sweaty gun and holster probably doesn't bother most normal people but it bothers me. I don't like kydex much but like a sweat soaked gun and holster even less.

I have a Nemesis and like it very much.

I’ve tried a *lot* of pocket holsters in a variety of materials, and my favorite, believe it or not, is the humble Uncle Mike’s nylon pocket holster. They do show a lot of wear after a year or two, but at ~$12 each this isn’t a significant issue.

The Desantis Nemesis is also good; it’s a close second for me.
