This is an unfired 4506 built in 1990, and is what is referred to as a Transitional gun. Only a few of these were made.
What I have is an absolutely flawless example of this pistol, not a mark on it. Has only been factory fired and it shows no signs of wear anywhere. The breech face looks as though it has never fired a round.
It comes with the original box, VCI paper wrap, all paperwork including the warranty card, Two factory magazines, Sight adjusting tool, and the original cleaning kit. Everything just as it came from the factory.
I also have three new in the package S&W magazines that can be purchased at additional cost. More pictures by request if you need to see more detail.
