I have been working my behind off since before Christmas, so much so, that I had no time to spend any money. Boy, did I make up for lost time this month! I picked up these four Smith's in the last three weeks from the same LGS. First is a 6.5" Pre-29, 4 screw. Next is a 6" M29-3, Nickle. Center is a 3.5" Pre-27, five screw. Last is a 6" K-22 Outdoorsman, First Model. The Pre-29 came in the correct black presentation case with tools and wears "Cokes" but no paperwork. The Pre-27 came in the correct gold box numbered to the gun, with tools but no paperwork. All numbers match including the Diamond Magnas on the Pre-27 as well as all the others. Rarely has anything come together the way this deal did:D

Congrats. That's what I call a fantastic LGS. I have one locally that gives me a heads up when a Smith revolver comes in. I don't turn many down, even if I have duplicates. Wonderful scores you have there.

All that Magnum goodness, but Ima ask for more pics of the K-22, please! Single rear sight screw?

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm really happy with the lot. I picked up a near 100% Model 38 Bodyguard this afternoon at my other LGS. I'll post a couple of pics of it and a couple more of the K22 tomorrow. Yes, it has a single screw attaching the rear sight.

As I scrolled down, I thought for sure that you were going to say that the Outdoorsman came in a red picture box and had "all the tools - just no paperwork"...;)

CONGRATS - Now that is what I call a great month!

Thanks for sharing,
