Looking for 3rd gen mags for another officer. Any sightings?

Greetings all. I promised I would help a brother officer out in his search for magazines for his 4006. He is open to 10 or 11rd mags. They seem to be as hard to find as a trustworthy politician and ALMOST as expensive to buy.

Has anyone seen any out in the wild? Used or new. I have only found a couple and they were new and really crazy prices.

Any help would be great appreciated.
