I bought a .45 Shield and I need an OWB holster for it. Want to carry it right away, so I need the holster fastly. What do you all recommend that I can get within a few days? (Yes, I strictly carry OWB at the 3:00 position. I gave up every and all IWB/inside waistband carry, as it's just uncomfortable for me.)

Asking what kind of holster to buy is like asking what car to buy. What's your price range? What material are you looking for? Why not buy the same type of holster you're already using?
And lastly.....any common holster you can find online and order will probably be at your house within a week.

I was in same situation, after 1/2 day driving around went into Academy...DeSantis black leather with a detention snap strap... swivels on the belt too when changing positions. Says for the S W Shield right on the package....mmmm ..35ish$ I think.

You might want to check out the DeSantis Mini-Scabbard. It's what I use for the .45 Shield. Fits belts up to 1.75-inches wide (no matter what their website says). Has a slight forward cant.

Don't know where you live, but if you're near a Cabela's, they carry them...it's where I got mine.

Look at a Don Hume H710 "First Agent" belt slide. They don't list one specifically for the Shield 45, but the one I've had for my Glock 26 turned out to work fine with the Shield 9, so I'm guessing the Shield 45 would fit too. Inexpensive and readily available.

Don Hume doesn't sell directly, but you can look at their web site to see what their many styles are like. You have to go to an actual vendor to see which designs are available for which guns, though. I start at Gunner's Alley when I'm looking for Hume leather. If they have it in stock you'll get it in a few days.

Right now I'm using a Safariland 578 ProFit GLS for sub compact.
Comes with paddle and adjustable cant belt slide.
Decent holster, also handles my CZ P-07.
I also have a custom leather RH cross draw for a Shield 40 from Adams Leather Works that I use occasionally.
In the next week or so I'm looking at ordering a .45 specific leather one.
I'm moving from RH cross draw to strong side, so don't want to break the bank on an experiment.
For $45-50 you can get a Winthrop or Azula that look pretty decent.
