I can't shoot consistently with my fs m@p40 mass compliant version 10 pound trigger I'm not trying to shoot fast just accurate and consistent I've done the burwell diy trigger work but still have a very heavy pull not gritty but heavy is there anything I can practice that will help with my hands shaking while pulling trigger I've been shooting long guns for many years and even have a 500 yard target set up on my family's 500 acre farm in vt where I often shoot a 7mm rem mag very accurately so I feel fairly confident with my trigger control but as soon as I get my handgun and stay squeezing trigger my arms begin to shake . (apex my only option)

Try taking a small weight and flexing your arm with it. Also worth trying is one of those grippy hand things that you squeeze repeatedly in order to build hand strength.

It is just hand strength, I have always done hard work with tools and I prefer the heavy Mass triggers on my carry guns.
