I'm located in Alabama, no bans on high caps/make/models. Got a discount on my first purchase at $325NIB, then paid $275 for a lightly used model a year later. Ended up having to send it back to Smith for OOB issues. 2 week turn around, no free mag . In the deep south FFL's are like churches and liqour stores. There is one every five miles.

Why your third? What was wrong with the other 2?

My budget. Can't own them all at once.

well sirs....there are a couple of quality options here in the good old Midwest--where we love firearms like we love jacked up gas sucking 4x4s!!

there are a couple of sporting goods stores ( Scheels All Sports/ Fin and Feather; Great Outdoors Store) locally that have several models in...Google them in Iowa City IA....

FFL transfer shouldnt be too horrible--but mark my words you wont get one for under $400...USED they are hitting the $450-$475 mark around here

Not for under $400, but Bud's Gun Shop has the best prices I've seen lately. They have an A1 for $428 before taxes and fees, and there's free shipping.
