New to the forum here.. I just wanted to say that I just traded my Steyr M40-A1 gun for a new M&P9c. I wanted a gun that was a little smaller for CC. While I have not carried it yet, I took it to the range today and I could not be any happier with how it performed. I shot 160 rounds through it and had zero FTF and FTE's. It shot beautifully. I am very pleased with my trade, to say the least.

Ya, 9c's ROCK!!! I find myself shooting my 9c more than my full size 9mm. They are amazing!! Glad you like it

Welcome to the forum and I hope you enjoy your 9c as much as I do mine.

Welcome, love my 9c also, just wish the grip extended a little more in my palm.

Good choice! My 9c has become my favorite handgun. I've put 450 rounds through mine so far without any issues.

I also like my 9c. Since you have not carried it yet, I'll say I have found it quite easy to carry all day long in a strong side iwb hybrid holster.

Ive got nearly 2000 rounds through mine without a single hiccup so far... Love it!!

I also have 2K+ rounds thru mine since purchase in July. Recently installed a APEX/DCAEK and the trigger is smooth like butter. I have a drawer full of holsters only to find the Crossbreed supertuck holster might be the most comfortable holster on the market. Worth the 4 week wait.
Enjoy!

B3500,
IWB is my preferred carry position too. With my old CC gun I carried about 3-3:30 position. What position is comfortable for you with the 9c?

Bagstrap,
What makes the Crossbreed so much better than other hybrid holsters? I originally got a SHTF hybrid holster for my Steyr and I had no issues with it. Plus I got it a lot faster than one from Crossbreed. The husband got one from Alien Gear for a lot less $$, better warranty and it appears to be extremely well made.

I've been to numerous gun shows and have felt and tried on various hybrid holsters. My buddy has one for his shield and I tried it on and the gun disappeared as well as being comfortable compared to other regular IWB's. I also bought one for my Kahr PM9.
Maybe its the leather they use and the way the clips attach so easily as well as being tuckable.

Welcome to the club. I've had my 9c for about a year and CC in a Crossbreed Supertuck.

I like it to sit a little further back than 3, maybe about 3:30-4:00. It's far enough back so the slide is not resting on my hip and not so far back so the grip will not be digging in to my back when I lean back in a chair or car seat. It took some time and small adjustments to find the exact right spot, but you will know it when you have it just right for you.

I originally had purchased a crossbreed supertuck... It was over a 2 month wait when i purchased mine, so i made my own. When i received the crossbreed, i wore it once and found my homemade was more comfortable so ive been wearing that ever since...

Does anyone appendix carry and if so with what rig? I have mine in a summer comfort now but I want to try the appendix carry.

Love the heck out of my 9C. For the life of me I can't handle kydex iwb-maybe I'm too fat lol. I use the Blackhawk owb leather holster w/DeSantis mag carrier for mine.
