LSB auction in Cody, WY - what did you get?

Hopefully, this is OK. I was looking at some of the realized sales numbers and went back a few auctions. I was very interested in this one from 2021, because I happen to have one of these with serial number fairly close to this one. It is for a 1987 Ruger Redhawk with a 7 1/2” barrel, just the gun……no extras like the box and paperwork. It says it is in 92% condition. Hammer price realized $2825 plus the fees I’m assuming. What in the world made this gun worth so much. Do you think it was a case of drinking while bidding? BTW, my gun is the complete package with box and paperwork, and in 99% condition! What say y’all?

What’s it actually worth these days? It’s not even pristine and doesn’t have the original box.

This .38/44 from 1933 with its original box cost me less.
