I called S&W Customer Service today. They said they will send me a shipping label and that it should arrive somewhere between 5 and 10 business days. 
When I asked why so long? he said "We are pretty backed up right now".
When I told him that the issue was the feed ramp shearing off, he said he hadn't heard of that issue before. I told him all he had to do was a search on the internet and he would get plently of info on other cases. His response was Hmmmmm.
I understand that all mfgs. have issues from time to time, so I am not going to make a determination on what I think of the support from S&W until after I get my firearm back. But give me a break, 5 to 10 days to get a label, and he hasn't heard of that issue?
Too bad Glock doesn't make a .22 AR.
