In other words, high level competition shooters - "may" want a perfect
or perceived perfect engineering set for a "Match" gun.
"Generally" these aspects aren't used or expected in the .22 world.
Not saying it does not exist, just that for the use most have with the 15-22, match type shooting may not be the goal.
Maybe tell us what you want your gun to do and we can better answer
a question that you don't seem to totally understand yourself. Lots of nice folks here to sort that out.
There are many bolt action .22's that are very accurate, and the 15-22 is no slouch - in fact a great gun.
Don't worry about the gun lingo, just explain what you want it to do.
