I had two of 'em, gave one to the son in law. Fun plinker and trouble free. The only mods I've done to them were adding TFO sights and the Walther threaded barrel extension, and Pachmayr Glove grip cover. They're great to train with, or if you have someone with you that doesn't feel like shooting a centerfire pistol the MP22 is a great option.

Did you paid to have the sights removed? If not what did you used?
WillimanG,
I got big hands and have been a .45 1911 guy most of my life and have no issues with the safety levers on the M&P 22.. Sorry I don't see how recoil can hurts from the M&P .22 it's .22 for Pete's sake because of the safety levers, there so rounded.. Does the recoil really hurt you? Guess I don't or can't understand because I don't have this issue with the gun. I find it a very pleasant gun to shoot all day long.. George
Just curious. How may on this forun have one? It's great fun but I see few comments on the forum.
True, William G, it isn't EXACTLY the same. But it IS closer than a revolver!![]()
