M&P 360 marked M&P 340??

Recently I purchased through GB what I thought was a M&P 340 with the internal lock - SKU: 163072. It was listed as a "Model 360" but I could tell by the pictures it was a Centennial with an internal lock. I wasn't too keen on the internal lock, but the price was beyond right and I won the auction.

So I picked it up yesterday from my FFL and sure enough it's marked "MP 360" and as you can see from the photos it's a Centennial !!

Has anyone seen anything like this?

Is that the box in the background of photo #1? If so, what is the SKU (and description) on the label?
