M&P .40 1000 rounds

Just got done at the range and have put over 1000 rounds through my new M&P. Only problem i have encounterd is the front white dot sight fell out, other than that I love this gun! Very happy with my M&P and look forward to purchasing more in the near future.

That sucks, is you 40 a compact or full size? And have you experience any issues with the slide locking back with rounds still in the mag?

The M&P 40 is one of the best defensive pistols on the market today. It offers high capacity, major caliber, soft recoil (for a 40), good accuracy, great reliability, and great ergos. What's not to like?

The only issue I have had with mine was a reloaded round (bulged case, maybe?) that failed to chamber and tied the gun up during an IDPA match. Several months and many rounds since then, the gun runs like a champ.

I have the full size 40. No I have not experienced that before with mine. Have you with yours?

I have a 40 FS and 2 40c's. No malfunctions with any of them.
