M&P 45 night sights w/cocking shoulder

I have a M&P 45 full size probably about 8 years old and I'm looking for tritium sights with the rear sight with cocking shoulder. The one I found close on the Trijicon sight does not list it for the older 45. Anyone had experience with this or is there another manufacturer offering this?
