M&P 9 ten round mags: where are they???

Hi, Guys. My brother bought an M&P 9 going on two months ago and ordered California (ten round) mags from six different vendors and nobody has any in stock and can't get them. He needs them for Action Pistol.

Did the factory stop production on them? What's the deal. He's so fed up he's ready to dump the Smith and buy a Glock.

Who has ten rounders in stock?

Hi, Guys. RocDoc, no joy on either site. Wee Hooker that's more like an address in another state and forget Kalifornia! That's what my wife and I plan on doing and my Bro is ready to go too. Gotta get the house sold first.

Try calling S&W cust.service and talk to someone in parts to be sure they are really out of stock.

I checked 5 differant distributors and none there either, S&W will probably be your best bet.

Hi, Guys. Thanks for the help but nobody has mags. My Brother called S&W and they said they had no mags and that they came from Italy (MecGar?) and they had no control over them. They also said they didn't know when they might have some.

I see a Glock in his future.

Try calling the Smith and Wesson Shooting Sports Center in Springfield, Ma. I know they had some last week, 413-846-6400. Any one of the guys will be able to help you out.

Tekoy, You're my hero! I called the Smith Shooting Center and I've got four mags on the way! I don't remember who I talked to, but he said they were a retail center and not mail-order. He had to go ask someone about sending me the mags but called back (actually called me back!) and said he could do it with a credit card.

Hey JodyKid Some more Information on the 9mm 10 round

I just got some myself and they are still in stock at thegunsource.com. The part # is 19463 they are original S&W factory mags and they are selling them for $32.05 plus shipping. Mine came sealed in S&W packaging so you know that they are OEM stuff. These are the ones with the little finger rest extension at the bottom. So if anyone wants more here you go!!!
