If it isnt a current model listed on the SW site perhaps it is a distributor or show special that isnt on a national release?
I will add i saw that model # in a search that was for one on sale back in 2011 so if it is used it may be tough to find current detail. Perhaps try SW directly.

Since the OP included the SKU and the serial number of one particular gun, I'm assuming he's trying to find info on that. The only people that might know is S&W and maybe some law enforcement agencies.
Im looking for any,all info i can get.Spoke with S&W today they weren't much help"probably special edition".The test round in the case dated 2010.wondering what the price was in2010.It has thumb safety,magazine disconnect(safety),and the grip "taped".

My guess is that it is a law enforcement special run pistol, if so, you will be hard pressed to find much info. S&W makes these to an agency spec, and they are never cataloged. One thing that supports this in my mind is the way it is equipped, i.e.: thumb safety, mag safety. Does it have night sights by any chance ?

Does it have a silver/gray slide?
I'm pretty sure that SKU is for the version of the 9c that had the stainless slide 'In the white' (no Melonite).
