M&P accesories

full size

If your M&P is the fullsize (4.25 inch barrel) then you need the fullsize mags. Some places may not specify since 17 round mags are full size. There are reduced capacity mags (15 and 10 round) for restricted states but those just about always specify. You slide should read M&P 9 up by the front sight.

The M&P9 Compact says M&P 9c up by the sight. These too generally specify Compact. Full size mags will fit the compact, just stick out a bit more. Compact mags will not fit the full size.

Great, I will check this out carefully before I order.
Thanks, CMA

I have 4 mags for each pistol and will get 4 more for each. I normally get my mags from mag warehouse but I will always shop price.

For what it's worth, I get 5-7 mags per pistol. I pre- load them before I go to the range, 2 with my carry, self-defense load (until I've had 100 flawless rounds with that ammo), and the others with FMJ target ammo. If you get rid of a pistol, mags are easy to sell.

Practice (with good habits, by training by an experienced instructor if necessary) is the best accessory.

+1 on the uplula mag loader, literally the first thing I bought after buying my first gun

replaced mag loader

Uplula works fine. Someone at the range got away with mine, so I replaced it with one of these cheapos. Comes in many colors... Works just as well!!! $8.99

I tried this same loader but it did not fit over my M&P9 fullsize 17-cartridge magazine. What mags are you using with this cheapo loader?
