It looks like a Houge grip.

It is a Hogue grip. But its not the slip-on model, its actually a hybrid grip that they make. You remove the takedown tool and take off the backstrap, replace it with the hybrid soft rubber and plastic finger groove grip, and reinsert the takedown tool.

The takedown tool actually locks the unit in place just like the factory backstraps. It actually fits flush with the back of the polymer grip.

I really like the set up!
