M&P Ship Date

I would like the approximate ship date for .38 M&P #266XXX and what style of grips would be on it. Thank you!

Should be 1917, which means small gold-medallion checkered walnut stocks if a
square butt, and optional for a round butt. Standard for a round butt would have
been the black hard-rubber small grips.
