M&P Trigger system question.

I read many times in various magazines and forums that S&W had decided to start using the same trigger system that is used for the M&P Shield in all of the M&P pistols. Have they made that switch yet? Do all M&P pistols utilize the same trigger system as the M&P Shield now?
