M&P VTAC finish

I'm thinking about getting a M&P VTAC, Dark Earth finish. Has anyone heard about finish problems with this new finish?? Thank you.....P.S. 9mm

The VTAC is known for having a finish that is more prone to wear, but I wouldn't sweat it. I used to worry about wear on finishes, but I've learned wear just builds character.
