Hi guys

Im looking for something to brighten up the front sight on my S&W M25-15, I have been looking at Glo-on and other florescence paints, but not sure what to buy, its kind of a jungle :-)

My front sight is black, so I presume that it need some kind of white paint base coat, or is white paint enough? The reviews on the flourencens paint is not...well convincing

Any words of wisdom? :-)

For painting, I use a white base coat under florescent orange or green, then clear nail polish for a top coat. Make each coat as thin as possible, let each coat dry completely before adding the next. After all painting is done and dry, trim sides and top with a razor blade or Xacto knife to get a well defined sight picture.

Model paint can be used. Like mentioned, white base, and your desired color. I have done this to many guns. But... never did my 25-15 Bob
