Been awhile since I made any holsters but I needed a belt holster for the handful of J-Frames I'm working with. I only make them for myself mostly and a lot of people don't know the amount of time and effort it takes to finish one. Figuring out a template, stitch lines, belt height etc... I built a decent LCR holster so I started with that template but modifying it for shape. I also used a bit lighter leather for those one as it's not carrying as much weight as a Glock 19. First picture is cut out, glued and stitched, then molding, drying, dying, oiling then final finish of bagkote and then a little Aussie leather conditioner at the end.
