It's not good at all. A second reading of SB281 is happening tomorrow in the house. Amendments can be made and then sent back to the senate to vote on. It's not a good bill in anyway shape or form.
Some of the big points are:
Fingerprints, training and licensing to be able to buy a handgun,
AWB for the usual modern sporting rifles and "copy cat" weapons, registration and mandatory jail time that can't be suspended, adjusted by the courts and good time credits can't apply.

I hope they move to show their defiance, but I hate to see anyone lose their job. I know a few that work their too, it's sad for them and their families.

cool maybe they will move to the south where there are no communist crazies trying to destroy our 2nd amendment rights. I believe Obama thinks of himself as a revolutionary Lincoln type. He might have the revolutionary part right.
