I used to order occasionally from Natchez but found they kill you on shipping charges.

I just bought 200 rounds of 9MM at Bass Pro for about $97 with tax, no shipping 6.5% tax here in Va. I was surprised to see ammo deflation and it was made in the USA or at least they claimed it was. 154 grain bullets (FMJ flat tips), 1000 FPS in my 659 with two mags that never saw the gun before and 32 rounds functioned perfectly. I loaded 16 per mag versus the claimed capacity of 17. Looks like ammo prices have dropped across the board. 44 Mag used to be close to $50, now down around $35 unless my brain has fallen apart even more lately.

Just checked 9 MM "Nato" Winchester made. $14.99 a box for 50 rounds. 30 cents a round.

If ammo prices are really dropping nationally, that means we’re into another “Trump slump,” as occurred from 2016-to-late 2019 before Biden took office.

Both gun and ammo sales dropped during that period since with no threat of any federal bans looming, no one sensed any urgency to run out and buy them.
