Ummmm, where is that magazine supposed to go? Looks to me like that firearm has a cylinder...

Plus the cylinder is backwards and hasn't been bored...Ummmm, where is that magazine supposed to go? Looks to me like that firearm has a cylinder...![]()
I remember readng about this when I was a kid.Ain't you never heard of a Dardick? Three round cylinder with a 10 round magazine up the butt. As the cylinder rotated it would bring one under the hammer, the one that was just fired would fall out the ejection port at 4:00, and the empty hole at 4:00 would move over to 8:00, and as it crossed 6:00 it would pick up a new round from the magazine.
They were called trounds, because they were triangular shape instead of round.

"Reliability Safety Versatility" They forgot one: Ugly
He must have been "inspired" by the Nambu.
From a Wikipedia article, referencing Mechanix Illustrated in 1957:
"The Dardick revolvers proved to be a commercial failure, despite being, in the words of one reviewer, "as versatile as a six-armed monkey"
Sorry Dallas.
