Whatever happened with the company that was trying to reproduce Merwin & Hulbert revolvers? I know they were taking deposits for future production. Did they ever actually produce a single gun? No, I did not send in a deposit. I'm a little too cautious with money to bet on future promises.

I would have bought one, too. I have an original in .44 Russian, and I would have liked a new one for shooting.

I'd been communicating with them with the same reservations about throwing down a deposit. Then I started getting emails from the guy I was talking to only now he's doing work associated with the Bakken oil field production. Folded up their tent and went home. Glad I didn't "invest" any money.
