I have been using the large range bag for years. Being large I tend to stuff a lot of well, stuff in it.:) Our range you have to be self sufficient gotta bring and take EVERYTHING. I feel like I am lugging my wifes (wife's) suitcase for a week vacation.:D

So for the New Year I decided to try and down size and bought the compact version,

UPS just delivered it along with a few other things I needed.

I like it!! About the same size as the SW bag I have.

Now I have to weed out the junk in the big bag.

I agree. I have been using the big one for several years. Don

Looks good. Cool. That's about the same size as the Galati Mini Super range bag I use. I've had mine for 22 years or so. I have a spare in case it ever wears out. Finding the perfect range bag is a good feeling. ;)

I am a pack rat though. Tool kit, punches, Wilson spring caddy 1911 springs. dowels, extra eyes and ears, targets, staple gun, staples, tape:eek: It ain't all gonna fit. Gotta find room for a gun and ammo:D

I have two of the Midway Compact Competition bags. Great bags at a fantastic price.

I bought both the large and compact range bags. I'd like to tell you my opinion of the compact but my kid made off with it the day it arrived and I haven't seen it since.
I do like the large bag. I always stuff the snot out of it. It's a keeper.
