Just purchased a Model 65-4. My second S&W. My .629 was stolen. Looking for another .44 now. Old hands have made me decide to go back to wheel guns. Just want to learn a bit more about my gun. I'm a hand loader also.

Your TooCold moniker is funny, but an Alaskan once assured me there's no such thing, only being under-dressed. Be patient with the climate, it will probably warm up soon. It's now 70 degrees outside here, while a historical average would be 29.

Welcome from Tampa. Absolutely love eating the fried Halibut platters at Humpy's. Very convenient to the Marriott where I always stay. Love Anchorage- great town.
