mim trigger stippling

Does anyone know if a MIM trigger can be stippled without breaking it. I would like to roughen up my 617-6

Also I have a power custom trigger on my 625 JM and was wondering if they fit on a K frame 617-6, would the hand be the only thing that need to be changed? Brownells says it fits K, L and N all current models.

The triggers are dimensionally the same, although fitting may be required. The hands are different among the models you listed.

MIM surfaces are very hard, so I doubt the surface could be successfully stippled. A small strip of "non-slip" tape like "Gator Grip" or similar applied to the trigger face would probably give you a suitable surface for single action firing, if that's what you're after.
