We need to show more sympathy for these people.
* They travel miles in the heat.
* They risk their lives crossing a border.
* They don't get paid enough wages.
* They do jobs that others won't do or are afraid to do.
* They live in crowded conditions among a people who speak a different language.
* They rarely see their families, and they face adversity all day ~ every day .

I'm not talking about illegal Mexicans ~ I'm talking about our troops! Doesn't it seem strange that many Democrats and Republicans are willing to lavish all kinds of social benefits on illegal’s, but don't support our troops?

yes i agree with you when our own gov wont give us our servcice men the reloecition they need its a crying shame , shoot first an worry about it later remenber they are the ones that caused it , that is our gov for you , screw the UN an the rest of the world , if we keep going as we are we will be lost as to a 3th world counntry

When will we wise up and get out the UN? There are 192 member countries (probably 190 of them hate the US) the US pays 22% of the costs and the Secretary General bitches and compares the US to a "deadbeat dad".

Gee, I wonder why we are in debt.

Seems like I read somewhere, only one country has paid us for the loans from WWII. Why don't we collect? I wonder what the interest is by now.

This is true-but you folks are the good guys. Around 50% of the population would get rid of the armed forces if they could. These same people don't believe in our Constitution-hence they can't understand why anyone would be sworn to defend the thing.

I've run into lots of people like that. They'd get rid of the military, NASA, and just about anything else that doesn't just contribute to making Americans fatter, lazier and more dependent.
